Day 1: Yangon

Arrive in Yangon, Myanmar. Transfer to your hotel. Afternoon a visit to Shwedagon Paya. Visit market area. Cultural programme & dinner. Overnight in a hotel.

Day 2: Yangon/Ranong – Kawthoung

Flight to Ranong & travel by boat to Kawthoung. Check in to a hotel & visit Pyi Taw Aye Paya Temple. Dinner & overnight in a hotel.

Day 3:  Myauk Ni Island

Start the boat trip for the first island on the Myeik Archipelago tour. The 800 islands are still yet to be thoroughly explored. Stop to a prime dive zone for a spot of snorkeling or play/rest  on one of the white sand beaches. Overnight in a boat.

Day 4: Palua Bada

Head to north to Palu Bada for some more snorkeling. The pristine coral reef and marine life aren’t used for many visitors. Blinding an array of colors and large schools of fish are common sight. Eels, vibrant octopus and even the occasional whale shark are commonly sighted. Overnight in a boat.

 

 

Day 5: Bo Cho Island

Visit to ethnic village life on the largest island in the southern archipelago. This is a great opportunity to learn about the Moken ( sea gypsies), a nomadic tribe who live their lives roaming the sea. Their handcrafted wooden boats are used not only to fish, but also as the kitchen, bedroom and dining area. Overnight in a boat.

 

Day 6: Ba Wei Island

After a morning sailing south, spot hawksbill turtles among plentiful marine life, chill out on land, sunset is spectacular from this spot. Permitting the good weather, dinner by the campfire will be the highlight. Overnight in a boat.

Day 7: Kho Yinn Khwa Island

A long day of snorkelling, jungle hiking and lazing on Kho Yinn Khwa’s beach. Try some local Burmese cuisine like mohinga (noodle soup), gyin thohk (ginger salad) and fresh island fruits. Overnight in a boat.

Day 8: Thay Yae Island

Jump in the turquoise waters of a deserted beach and go for a kayak or snorkel around this pristine water world. The final day in a secluded paradise will draw to a close with a spectacular sunset and a relaxing dinner on board. Last night on the boat.

Day 9: Yangon

Wake early to watch the sun rise over the Andaman Sea. Farewell to shipmates at Kawthoung immigration pier & head to the airport to catch a flight back to Yangon.
